Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Europe (Finland & EU countries): Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days.

International (UAE, Australia, Canada, US, Japan, South Korea, etc.): A flat shipping fee of €8.00 applies. Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
